No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The application follows the same rule.

This website

  • No cookies and no tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is your theme choice, if you change it.
  • No analytics or advertising scripts.
  • Fonts and search run from this site itself. Nothing is loaded from third parties.
  • The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, so GitHub may log requests under its privacy statement. Vekrun does not see those logs.

If analytics are ever added, this page will say exactly what is collected before they are turned on.

The application

  • No Vekrun account and no Vekrun server your data passes through.
  • Sessions, memory and history are stored on your machine. You can delete them and remove API keys at any time.
  • Before anything is sent to an AI provider, you can see exactly what will be sent. The first time you use a provider, nothing goes out until you confirm.
  • Usage reporting is off unless you turn it on.
  • What you send to a provider is covered by that provider's terms.
