Council

A Council is for decisions that deserve a second and third opinion: an architecture choice, a risky change, a plan you are unsure about. It is optional; no task requires one.

  1. Each member evaluates the question with its own model, without seeing the others.
  2. Members critique the positions on the table and may revise their own.
  3. A moderator writes a report that separates evidence, assumptions, recommendations, open uncertainties and unresolved risks, and records where members disagree.
  4. You decide. Agreement among members is never treated as proof.

The default is three members and two rounds. Each session shows an estimate before it starts and stops at the member count, round limit, budget and timeout you set. Cancel at any time. Each member can use a different provider.
